Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns and refunds if:

✔ The product is unopened
✔ The product is in its original packaging
✔ The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Used, opened, or tampered products will NOT be accepted due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for:

• Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.
